We thought that the breakfast was very good. Items not originally stocked were provided once available this was a complete breakfast with several items to choose from we were very pleased with the staff, each one was pleasant and helpful. The suite was spacious, clean and bright. We had plenty of space , the chairs were comfortable, the was good, firm and comfortable. Looking forward to our return visit this Friday.

The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and spacious. The king bed and pillows were so comfy. Pleased to have a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. Nice to have a shower not a tub. The breakfast was good and had an extended time (most are done by 9:00, this was 10:30) and checkout was later than usual as well. We stay at a Comfort Inn when we travel, we have not been to this one before. So far it's a favorite, only topped by one in Des Moines because of their homemade breakfast buffet of scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits & gravy, etc. Next time we need an overnight in the Carlisle, PA area, this will be where we stay!

I have used this place often and it is my preferred stop on my way down south. The parking is spacious, the rooms large and clean. The breakfast, although simple, suits my needs and is well attended. I have yet to use the pool or gym but they are pleasant to look at. The staff has always been welcoming and will go out of their way to take care of you!

The breakfast was great and the worker was personally helpful to all. I arrived late at night and the front desk staff came with me to my room to show me how to use the curtains. This is my third time at this Comfort Inn and it is consistently predictable in top knot h service and responsiveness. I appreciate the bedding being simple and all washable, but quite comfortable. I love the absence of tacky rugs on the floor the shower was easily accessible. Other Comfort Inns fail to thrill, but Shady Lane continues to give big to customer service.

Really exceptional in every way. The staff is friendly and helpful. I don't know if this is family-run, but it definitely feels like it. All staff seem to take great pride in what they do from spotlessly clean rooms, to making sure we had everything we needed, like toothbrushes and the like. Comfy beds, etc, etc. Really awesome.

We were only there a short time, but the hotel lobby and our room was clean,the staff was friendly, and it's located right off I-81, and it's about 45 minutes from Hershey Park and Stadium. The price was also $90 less than staying in Hershey, which was a big selling point and free breakfast!

We stay here often when visiting family, even though we could stay with family. This our favorite hotel because everything is perfect, every time, without exception. It is the best part of our trip. We got in the area early and callled for an early check-in, no problem, they had a room ready for us. The rooms are always clean and the beds are the absolute best. We'll surely be back again soon.

I found the front desk agent very personable and helpful. I needed assistance with my cell phone and she figured it out for me. In addition, I needed help as a vending machine was not working. She helped me access water. I believe her name was Lexi. She helped me find an instructional video to get my phone up and running again. Very kind.

It was a one-night stay. The receptionist provided a lot of information about the hotel and surroundings, the room was clean and quiet. The microwave worked as expected. The location was close to the I-81 but no noise from the traffic. The breakfast was decent, nice variety for different preferences. Will be back for the next trip! Thank you the staff and the management!
